Activities during the meet:
We started by doing laughter exercises.
Then we did deep breathing for 5 minutes.
It was followed by anulom vilom for 10 rounds and singhasan.
Focusing on particular point was practiced to improve the concentration power.
Then we introduced ourselves one by one.
We did loud reading by repeating after Jasbir ji from a book by Deepak Chopra.
We also do meditation for fifteen minutes.
We also delivered the prepared speeches and some jokes were also shared.

Two friends of Jasbir ji, K.Z. Molla, asst. professor Robotics and S.K.Rana, advocate in Punjab & Haryana high court also joined us and we introduced ourselves to them. Jasbir ji told them about stammering. And there was a meaningful discussion about acceptance, the causes and the cure of stammering.
They both motivated us to remove the guilt feeling because of stammering and accept ourselves as we are.

We also enjoyed the tea and snacks with all SHG members and friends of Jasbir ji. Overall the meeting was very enjoyable and motivating.

That day was really wonderful and thanks to Iram Khan to describe it in such a wonderful manner . Thanks to Jasbir Sir to introduce to the two gentle and knowledgeble persons. They talk to us not only about stammering but also about Nature.
Really Nature is above all.
I hope we will get more in number in coming meetings.
