What about phoning all the pws in and around Delhi and asking them: Sir/ Madam, are you coming?
It will be good practice for you and they too will feel nice! And you will at least know how many people to expect..

yeah sir.. we shall do this even we have done in past SHG meeting.. and today i called to new PWS.. name arvind from Delhi so hope this sunday he will join our meeting...
