My boss said:"logon ko stammering se koi fark nah padta hai"

Yesterday i was in office. Before leaving from office,i told my boss about coming TISA event, which is going to held in new delhi in the month of oct.Sir visited TISA blog and read some post and event's venue.Sir appreciate a lot of TISA's efforts and say, these type of events are very necessary and helpful in a community and a group. We all know about stammering and sir says, if you organise such events, this will help a lot to others who are suffering from this. And these events also help you to increase your confidence. Also he said that people has no problem with your stammering.Your stammering doesn't matter for people. What you want to say..people can listen that, and none can ignore you so don't think about your problem.

Just  Say whatever you want to say and people will listen to you.Don't afraid.

Wonderful Vinod..
sensitizing your colleagues and boss is a difficult but very important task for every Pws. Unless society doesn't become a better place, our task is not complete ..

Vinod, This is called real acceptance. I also talked about TISA couple of times to my Managing Director (IAS Officer) and he encouraged me well. By doing this we also feel comfortable and not getting shame or fear whenever we stammers while talking to him.
