TISA NATIONAL CONFERENCE – COORG

As  the last jeep rolled down the steep mossy cobbled wet track , I am sure most of us  must have shed a warm tear or two , the drops camouflaged  with the lashing rain …merging  into the ecstatic  Chingara bouncing waterfall …. the entire Kodugu Valley- waiving us good bye and wishing us all the best !!!
The three nights and days from the start of the journey to the culmination have left a lasting mark in our conscious and  subconscious  mind , more so in our hearts .
Dr. Sachin had  forecasted  and had said  Is Maha kumbh mele me tamam sadhuo ka swagat hai- Jatadhari, kamandal dhari, Hathi wale, Naga baba, kaupin dhari, Mauni baba, Debating swamis, Tiger swami, Coding swami, Programming baba, Java experts, Testers... Sabhi santo ka is samagam me swagat hai..”
Indeed we came across unique individuals with their share of unique stories, each story and experiences of theirs - shaping their present and future .With most of the stories..Speaking large of the stutter associated anxiety, expressing the perpetual feeling of helplessness, the constant fight within and with the world outside . We were mesmerized by their expression of their ideology, orientation, objectives for action plans, their collective strength, will and intelligence, the eminent hope , the wit , the courage to use the sails of  humor  in rough sea of life and the eventual and inevitable conquer.
With few of them the frustrations of not able to fully cope with the consequences of their stutter were still written large on their faces, but they too reflected occasional sparks of hope listening to the victories of others ...
I personally was moved by the sheer courage of all of you, your sheer grit and honesty and the never say die attitude has enriched me beyond comprehension .I wish I could be half as good human beings as you all are.
I must also acknowledge on behalf of all the members  the efforts  of the teams and individuals who have worked silently behind  the stage and on the stage relentlessly to make this “Maha Kumbh Mela of TISA ” a mighty success , be it organizing the logistics , the collaterals ,representing us  in the media , the sponsors for their financial aid , for devising activities to strengthen  the  TEAM TISA and others for connecting the dots passionately and seamlessly   .
Mere words wouldnt do justice to acknowledge those of you who were their to support us - with speech disfluencies  ,by just being their  or by showing us paths of self improvements , your presence and active participation  meant a lot to us and we promise  to stand up to your faith on us eventually  . Our heart goes out to those of you who have dedicated their life and energies for us- to work with us in managing  the errors in our otherwise fluid speech ...
We thank the Honey Valley team to have played the perfectly wonderful host, for offering us a beautiful pristine  venue for the event and offering and sharing with us your experiences and pearls of wisdom.
We as a team and individually have achieved and imbibed a lot  in the time that we’ve been at TISA Coorg Conference  .This event has put  down its curtains  , of course, but it doesn’t really stop here – and it’ll soon be time to be thinking about organizing the next one – The next mela of  courageous and honest people – with even stronger wings .
Swami Vivekananda  said and i quote “Brave, bold men and women, these are what we want. What we want is vigor in the blood, strength in the nerves, iron muscles and nerves of steel”
See you in the next meet !!!  ………. I better do !!!!!
Love you all  !!!
Yours   Juicy Joy

I hope you will write more often on TISA blog to share your wisdom that you have accumlated in past many many and more many years!. Hoping to see a movie on your life. I know it will be a blockbuster.

P.S. - I had to literally use dictionary atleast once for every sentence ;-)

Thanks Joy!
I think meeting each other and listening to each other without giving a tip or technique-
just listening respectfully and with genuine interest- I think, that is a great service we can do to each other..
Let us meet more often..

Joy, its always a pleasure to read when you write.. there is so much juice in it!!
I remember, you narrowly missed the bite of the BIG spider in our open jeep ride,
I regret you lost your last chance of turning to Spider–Man !! :-)

Few lines from me,
Our laughter, echoed in the hills.
Our joy, flowed in the streams.

Courage, fun and love, all-in-one I witnessed.
To have met all of you, I consider blessed.

In our everyday mundane life, we all strive.
After a long long time, I did come alive.

This not the end, it is the beginning of the things to come.
There is so much left in each of us, we are not yet done !! :-)
