News of Hyderabad SHG-May 13th

Today's SHG meeting went superb.
We were 3 people gathered at JVR Park.
Members attended meeting are 1).Mahipal 2)Sashi Kiran & 3).Rajesh (myself)

We started with our National Anthem sung by physically challenged people.
Today's activities went fine, we concentrated more on inner self than on stammering.
Introduction round went in detail as we were only 3 we had enough time, everyone followed slow speaking.
We practiced "Brahmavidya" a yoga system of breathing exercises and meditation.
After that we went to trans by closing our eyes, where we have concentrated on future goals of individuals and drawn a positive image of achieving them.
A civil engineer needs to have a plan of a building prior to the start of construction similarly our goals must have a clear picture prior to our effort. We concentrated on goal in trans rather than how we attain it.
We concentrated how we are enjoying the success of attaining that goal, how we are in the sweet company.
We substituted every negative thought with a good positive thought in our mind. Finally after coming out of trans we have a clear picture and a plan of what we wanted to be.
So now we opened eyes to plan how to achieve it.
We used bouncing style while talking to each other to get better control on blocks.
We played "crazy questions" round.
We went to "LaMakaan" a place beside to park, this is a building given by a trust, anyone can gather here and use the place for any meetings for free. It has individual rooms with tables and chairs. It shall be our meeting place in rainy seasons. Thanks to Mr.Sugandh for suggesting this place.

We left to home with clear picture of goal, better control on thoughts of replacing every negative thought with a positive one.
Self Help Group is awesome.

Together We Step Up Together We Succeed :)
With Regards.

Aha- The mention about "inner self" reminded me of my own struggles with that question: was I "fluent" self? was I "stammering" self? Was I both? Was I neither? - something beyond the both?
This is a difficult question and finding intellectual answers is never enough. Here is a video about it..
