'bhey bin bhakti ne ujwey/"bhav bin bhakti ne haowe"/

Myself ritesh yadav . this week we conducted our meeting on saturday.
5 members joined us ; 1) Romi
                                  2) shyam
                                  3)gaurav
                                  4)Myself
                                  5)Benit (new)
we stared our meeting by chanting the mantra "bhey bin bhakti ne ujwey/"bhav bin bhakti ne haowe"/
Romi told us to chant this mantra whenever we get nervous in any situation of our life ,he told us that
this mantra will remove our fear from our mind and some positive energy will get accumulated in our body
In our mumbai shg meeting we conducted following activites
                 1)  Introduction
                 2) Formal discussion on a particular topic
                 3) practising bouncing technique in our group
                 4) sharing our goal of life .

SHG meeting is helping us a lot . by attending such meetings our pain related to stammering is vanishing.
we come to know that we are not alone in this world who are dealing with such loveable disorder of speech. Fluency is only a byproduct of this meeting but real thing is that we are becoming more social by attending such meetings,we get a platform to share our feelings which are related to our stammering.
In our small group gaurav has become master in slow speaking , shyam is like a manager to us ,he has an excellent capability to become peoples leader .  one new member joined us on saturday his name is benit ,he has a goal in his life to become captain of ship.benit has an positive point in him that while communicating he maintain good eye contact with listener.and finaly our mumbai co-ordinator Romi ,in each meeting romi inspires us by giving some motivational thoughts .

Yes, that's the BEST thing about SHG : it improves your social skills and in some cases gives the first taste of what it feels to have a social life! Well done guys to understand it so quickly.
