Herbertpur- day 2

Anupinder from Patiala joined us today. We had a recap of four basic tools and the three block correction techniques. While Pawan carried the group through a hierarchy of increasingly difficult motor tasks, some participants had quick 101 session with sachin in a side room.
The group had ex-tempore sessions on random topics picked from a collection of cards. They discussed about the Sheehan's iceberg and its relevance to their personal lives.

Attitudes, values, perception of self Vs world, motivation, pessimism, avoidance, blaming circumstances...

After lunch, some more practice and then the group sang their heart out- some funny songs too- "Bhag bhag DK Bose.." etc.
Then, off to the market, for some snacks and real life practice of newly learned skills.. Nishu too had joined to help us.
