TISA Hyderabad Chapter 14th Dec NEWS

We were 8 members for the meetup.
Arun, Manoj, Purna, Mauzzam, Gyan, Manikumar, Indraneel and Rajesh

After a deep meditation we started our introduction round.
We were in a motive to talk slowly.
Purna has brought us books of Swami Vivekananda - Fear cause and Remedy -Thanks Buddy.
We installed an app - phone recorder in our phones to listen to our voice when we speak on phone. It helps in knowing how our voice is at the time of phone conversation and helps us to correct our voice modulations and acts as a feedback for our speech patterns.
It seems members were benefiting from it as it shows our voice it something like understanding ourselves in a mirror - Good news :)
Everyone read a point from the Swami Vivekananda book and explained to the group.
Every member stood up and said what will be his coming week's plan and goals.

Later in evening we attended a Kriya Yoga meditation training class for 2 hrs.
The class has surely induced us with intention not to stop our daily meditation practice.
Whole team who attended this are able to practice daily.
It shall bring a change in our concentration levels :)
We bought the following books in the event Autobiography of a Yogi, Babaji and Living with Himalayan masters.
This SHG day is utilized in a right manner. Thanks for the support.

Together We Step Up :) Together We Succeed :)

Great friends - you all seem to be doing very well. Week after week. Developing a spiritual perspective in life is so much more important than becoming 'fluent' - in the long run. Trying to be spiritual is a lot more than being 'religious' in the ordinary sense..
Vivekanand inspired me in my youth - and even today, one line from him, can lift the gloom in a second like the flick of an inner light switch..
I think, seeing beyond our own needs (to be fluent for example) and to help others by giving them our time, companionship and patient listening - is definitely a very PRACTICAL approach to spirituality...
