Mumbai SHG - Minutes of Meeting - 1st June 2014

Hi guys,

The meeting started at 1.55 pm with the welcome speech by the Meeting Manager Kevin D’Souza who then asked the facilitator of the meeting Kaushal Kanojia (who chipped in at the last minute) to take over. The facilitator introduced himself and the theme of the meeting and then asked each of the role players to introduce themselves and their roles.

After this was the prepared speeches session. The speakers Gaurav Dubey, Kevin D’Souza and Jayesh Foka gave some wonderful speeches.

After this started was the Learning session which was led by Kevin D’Souza. The theme of the session was “Sticking to the basics” and it was on Gentle Onset. It was a fun filled and nice learning activity. We learned and practiced a lot. The home work for this week is to practice the same everyday J

After this was the Extempore session which was led by Srinivas Basutkar. The theme was “The Art of storytelling”. It was a nice activity and each of the speakers gave some nice and funny speeches J

Finally, the role players evaluated the speeches of all the speakers. The role booking for the next week was done by Gaurav Dubey and this activity concluded the fun filled SHG meet.
