I am sure people who are doing something- in fact ANYTHING - to help themselves, will certainly develop more resilience and better attitude- not just better communication skills- in the long run. They will develop more initiative and stamina to go on in face of difficulties..
Therefore, I encourage people to participate in skype calls..
