The room rent is Rs. 1200/- for double room with single occupancy. For double occupancy, it is Rs.1,500/-. But the hotel has agreed to accommodate 3 persons in the double room at Rs.1500/- So, it comes to Rs 500 per person. If you look at the following table, you can see that it is the most affordable offer. Of course many of you will be doing their own hotel booking which is FINE, as long as we do meet in the conference..
