Theme for the day shall be "Independence"
The details for the meeting are as follows:
Date : 22nd of August
Venue : Desai Hall, Dhole Patil Rd, near Railway Station, Pune.
Timings: 10:30 AM to 12:30 PM
Agenda in a nutshell is:
10:30 to 10: 40: Informal chat / greet the newcomers.
10:40 to 10:50: meditation (lead by JP)
11:00 to 11:15: Icebreaker/formal introduction using any speech technique.
11:15 to 11:45: impromptu speeches
11:45 to 12:15: energizers/games
12:15 to 12:30: General discussion, professional/personal/domestic/adventure etc 8-)

Really looking forward to the challenge :D..I am really excited about attending this weeks meet as a member and not coordinator.. BTW anything special with 34?
Manohar, thats a nice combination of SHG and Toastmasters... Good to see Pune SHG brining in practices of Toastmasters! Keep up the good work...
