Small Winning incident
I want to share my recent experience with a telecom service provider company.I called customer care executive(CCE) to know about full talk time scheme(I use this service provider for using internet,i usually search scheme for full talk time and after getting balance I use this balance to activate required scheme of internet),Executive suggested me to recharge with 95 rupees .When I recharged the same I got 163 minutes with condition to spend within 7 days.Definitely this was not what i was expecting .I called again CCE and requested him to convert it to TALKTIME but he said sorry to me and added that it is "Non-convertible ".As i use internet with that SIM so minutes have no use for me.I requested him to transfer my call to his senior
.I explained the situation to the senior, he admitted my complaint and told that one executive call you within 24 hours.I waited for call but did't get any call .I again call to senior executive than he told that "As it is not accidental deduction by company, so we can't convert your minutes to talktime ,sorry for inconvenience" .As I was distressed with the whole incident so i asked him to give number of any other senior officer above him .He gave me number of Zonal officer. I called zonal officer i explained whole situation (actually i called two times zonal officer,first time my balance finished as call was not toll free).Considering mistake of CCE he issued 95 rupees to my balance and NOT deducted the 163 minutes(Although 20 rupees deducted from my account as call was not toll free) .So I DOUBLE benefited .And finally I got a winning smile at my face.I also requested officer to take care of stammerers as so many times CCE lose patience to hear stammerer.He replied that "this issue is very important issue for us and I forwarded it to my other senior officers" .With this incident I experienced that if we inculcate and pledge to our motto we will definitely get sweet results.
