We are planning to do regional shg meet-cum-get together , in first week of march most probably Saturday and sunday (3rd and 4th march)....in which jp suggest that we can also do tour to mussoorie & dehradun to make fun....in this meet maximum numbers of members from north-India including delhi, chandigarh, jammu,....etc joins meet.... please help us to choose a date when maximum people can join us...

March 3 & 4 is perfect....
it can be organized at Dehradun...
if u guys have any transportation and accommodation problem for herbertpur....
please let us any of ur opinion, about place and date...because the whole process is still in pipeline, it can be change accordingly as maximum PWS can join...
Dates are fine- but Mussoorie (even Dehradun) will be quite cold at that time. Secondly, 40 km from Dehradun is a little off route for many. A more accessible and central location, might be better- like Delhi, Chandigarh or even Patiala..
Just a suggestion.
If people chose Delhi, logistics will be easier, since TISA had already done it there couple of times (ISI, last time).
