Attendees- Me and Krishna
As per the schedule, we were reached the venue on time. We both started our meeting with a general chit chat of how our weekends were and how we celebrated our independence day.
We performed breathing exercise of 10 minutes, which helps both of us in being calm and relax. Krishna told me that how he faced problems when he went motihari for issuing certificates. I am amazed hearing that he asked the address from almost 40 persons on the road. I think this is the best part of experiencing our speech and fear.
Then we did 10 minutes mediation stilly. After meditation, we wander the whole park 10 time which talking. This helps us in communication in an extreme tiredness.
Krishna is now completely changed guy, now he tends to inspire me by giving me the different suggestion on how to keep motivated. He said that he always mentioned his strength and weakness point in a chat paper where he put it into a jar box. Every day he see that paper that helps him in knowing his weak and strength point. We also must do something in our daily lives to stay inspired.
The meeting was successful and finally we dispersed by saying bye to each other.
