Onward March..

Dear Friends,
I am extremely lucky in receiving support and love from all of you. I am exceptionally lucky in finding my successors too! Few months back, I talked about why it is important to have a second line and announce it early (link).
I think this is the right time to step back and let the new team take over. JP as the National Coordinator is very lucky to have Harish Usgaonkar, helping him as Asst National Coordinator.
This is the best combination I could think of. Both have volunteered with TISA for the longest period. Above all, they truly understand self-help, which is the core and the soul of this community. They also realise that voluntarism may have its difficulties, but it is in tune with Indian spirit of selfless sewa- and the current "Open source" movement. The power of common man ("pws") is everyday being acknowledged and celebrated.

Lastly, let us always remember- the real work is still being done by you- by listening respectfully to each other. It is a community of pws who wanted to help themselves by helping others- and continue to do so.
Central "Coordination"as a function is there to offer minimal coordination for few issues/ events which may affect us as a whole and also to interface with the outside world. That is all. You still are responsible for your self and your communication (not "fluency")!
Lastly, as to my plans: I will be taking a long creative sabbatical: writing, thinking, walking in the tea gardens etc.! I will definitely be hand-holding the new team till this NC. No fears! The BEST is yet to come!
Much love and thanks!
Sssachin

My congratulations and best wishes to Harish and JP. I met them both during nc 2012 at coorg. I was a newbie at tisa and hoping for some miraculous cure. I was new to bouncing and at first thought JP has much "problem". As the events unfolded I came to realise that he is a master at communication and bouncing. I couldn't even imagine myself conducting the sessions of 50 people with so much ease as JP was doing. Harish entertained us with some poems/songs/stories. I came to know he is alumni of "stammering cure centre" just like me!!. I have always relished his posts on tisa blog. Sachin sir's shoes are pretty big to be filled: but I am sure you two are most capable for "onward march". We TISA members are with you.
As far as sachin sir is concerned , it will take a full blog post and much more to write about him. Btw Herbertpur is also called Haklapur in whatsapp groups..

Abhishek-I really enjoyed "Haklapur"; My new blog should be called: Haklapur Times! My biography might be titled: Once upon a time in Haklapur!
Yes, I think BEST of TISA is yet to come...
