For a change today I recorded my phone call to a customer care executive at head office of a courier company . And guess what ,my package was delivered to my doorstep by today evening. The pic in this video shows me riding my bike on a "road" in Lahaul Spiti area of Himachal Pradesh..

Perfect. The lady was in a little bit of rush- obvioûsly since she was handling the helpdesk - but she took all the details from you patiently- immediately phoned the local courier - and promptly got back to you - all in the same call. you too were in control of your communication all the time- managing a good forward flow and ensuring that every word was clearly understood. Have you phoned back to say thank you to that lady - or written a small email of appreciation to her boss? These little things make the world a beautiful place...

Thanks Sachin sir for the motivation. The idea to thank the lady had never come to my mind until I read your comment! I have to improve my social skills I guess. I sent an email mentioning and writing highly about the lady. After all 50% of credit should go to her . On my part I called up to raise my issue. On her part she solved it within hours.
