Be the Change...

All of us want the world to be more aware of  stammering. We have number of suggestions to offer on how a non-PWS should treat a PWS. We want people to be more sensitive, more accepting toward stammering. But did we look within ourself and reflect on our own attitude toward stammering? Are we truly comfortable and accepting of our speech? Do we allow stammering to hold us back on different occasions? Do we feel guilty and apologetic of our blocks and repetitions?

How can we expect the world to be more accepting when we are hesitant to make eye contact when we talk? Be the change you want to see in the world. Accept yourself before you can expect others to accept you.

Truly inspiring one Tanveer.
Life around us is a manifestation of our own mind. That is why the same world is heaven for some, hell for the other.
