5 MANTRAS FOR CONQUERING STAMMERING

Following are the 5 Mantras to conquer stammering:
1. Don't hide your stammering to anyone and always accept it.
2. Do practice a technique one hour daily for a minimum period of one year. 
3. Always use pausing at appropriate places. 
4. Always use head movements while speaking and practicing. 
5. Always attend SHG meetings and/or active in whatsapp group.

Yes- very helpful. Even if someone just did one hour practice everyday, it would help greatly.
If someone just participated in SHG/ whatsapp/ skype/ google hangout etc regulalry for one year, it might transform their life.
Re head movement, some of us will have to be careful that they do not become obsessive secondary habits..

For your information, it is good that if head movements become secondary habits. Because we the pws only are not using our head movements properly. If we watch normal speaking persons, they always use their head movements well. And you can notice most of the female receptionists at star hotels use their head movements very elegantly.

to implement these tips in daily life, a PWS needs a great enthusiasm, daring, patience & should be highly self motivated.
So every PWS should give minimum 10minutes to give POSITIVE AFFIRMATIONS to himself in moving pictures as Sub-conscious mind does NOT understand word or script. Sub-conscious mind understand feelings, emotions and accepts commands in "MOVING PICTURES".
And if speech related program of Sub-conscious mind changed, Sub- conscious mind can un-block, repair & regenerate neurons also like wound & fracture heals automatically , doctors gives medicine, just to curb infection or reduce pain. Sub-conscious mind can change pattern of thinking , breathing and speaking also more faster than any exercise at conscious mind level as conscious mind always resist or argues.
So JUST GIVE 10 MINUTES FOR VISUALIZATION. JUST IMAGINE intensely with full concentration THAT YOU HAVE IMPLEMENTED ALL 5 TIPS IN YOUR BEHAVIOUR AND USING ALL TIPS IN EVERY UN-COMFORT ZONE ALSO. FEEL INTENSELY .
