Pune SHG meet on Sunday, Dec 22, 2013

We had 14 PWS this Sunday where we all joined on Senior Citizen hall. The meeting was led by Raghvendra Rao. He had an opportunity to talk and practice bouncing and prolongation while he phoned to all Pune PWS before the Sunday. The idea was to practice techniques on phone and build relationship. 

We started with Introduction round, then we started with pausing (Anxiety Control) where many intelligent questions came for people to answer. It was fun activity.

After this we formed two groups for slow reading. 

Finally we had extempore where we had wide ranging topic from water to apple to ozone to space.

There were lot of questions came related to what to do on a particular bad day of stammering or how to remove the guilt. As Dr. Sachin suggested we can join Karate or do exercise  which helps to build the confidence on each day. Also for guilt we should write on blog what we feel. 

Thanks to Raghvendra and Vivek for organizing this meeeting. We have Amol and Aftab to run the next SHG meeting.

Yes, if the day has been very frustrating, try something vigorous: jogging, swimming, Judo- Karate, or a brisk walk for 40-50 minutes. Then, just be quiet (or meditate) for 30-40 minutes, with TV, cell phone OFF..
Next morning, smile and say: Aha, God has given me another day- I will do my best today..

Never give up.
