There is a lot of fuzz and noise; people are giving their feedbacks and suggesting how to make it even more better next time.
So, as a TISA volunteer and the recognition given by the TISA core committee to me, I am not able to sleep tight till I share my opinion :-)
1.) When I lead a few activities during the conference, where I was responsible to satisfy a group of 5-6 participants.I got to know that it really takes a lot of efforts to make your team members feel satisfied. So, making efforts to satisfy 105 participants is never ever an easy task at all.
All the organizing commitee members of this event are really respectful for me from the core of my heart.I am very much satisfied and I know the majority of participants do feel the same.
2.) On the very first day, most of the events were communicated in english. And by the evening, faces of few participants were showing that they are feeling them selves a bit ignored.
Organizing commitee visualize it readily and for the next 2 days, it was just opposite. And, I was happy to see that most of the ENGLISH speaking participants were still happy inspite of their inexposure to HINDI.
3.) When a stammerer is exposed to such a supportive platform, he/she used to got excited and the urge to speak is just almost uncontrollable. JP handled this thing very effectively and was not hesitant at all to be a little strict to even senior mature participants to make sure that all the participants, especially the young new comers to our TISA family speak and make them a part of this family. It is remarkable that all the particpants were given the chance to speak atleast once and it is just the maturiy of JP that he make sure no one felt ignored.
Neither a person nor a effort can ever be PERFECT....
Criticism is an important necessary element for betterment for any event as hence for our TISA events too...
But when people have tried too much for our comfort and satisfaction....it shudn't be so harsh like a razor blade as i can see here in various tisa post comments.....
I am really disappointed to see such negative comments. Its our family guys...TISA......so why to be so strict judgemental to our own buddies.
