SHOUT, SCREAM AND COME OUT OF STAMMERING.

Dear friends,

We all know that there is no medication to cure stammering. We also know that the most beautiful secret of this handicapcy is that it is only WE who can manage our stammering. It is also a fact that we do not stammer while we shout at top of our voice .I believe that the following activities might help in managing the problem:

1. Do speak loudly.

2. Make it a daily practice to sing loudly at full throttle in bathroom.

3. Go to a lonely place and shout various words and sentences as loud as possible.

4. Practice sentences like “chacha ko chachi ne chandi ke chamche me chatni chatai” in loud voice.

In next SHG Meet  I am proposing the above activities. Suggestions and comments are solicited please.

Speaking at 10% louder volume does help a lot- It really helps in listening. People dont have to keep on interjecting: Excuse me, what did you say?
It also helps us to come through as a more assertive individual.. It is a win win strategy..

Yes, we can use this activity by standing in plaza and answering questions on stammering by shouting :-)
