isliye hume apne apko parmatma ki santaan mante hue bina kisi dar ke in hatiyaron ka use krna chahiye..aur jab b kabi negative feelings aye to apni antar aatma ki suno aur 24 hrs prayas krte raho...agar bouncng nai ho paa rahi to ghabrao mat...shaant raho aur parmatma par vishwas krte hue ek bar phir prayas karo...
hum parmatma ke bacche hai aur vo hume kabi dukhi nai dekh sakte...dar ki jo b bhavna man me ho use bahar nikal do kyunki jb parmatma tumahre sath hai to kis baat ka dar....

innovative way to describe importance of bouncing and prolongation g8t...........but as per my view god giving us stammering so that we can learn lot of thing ....because pain is greatest teacher in the word..and ya i had learn many thing because of my stammering......:-)
hi asit, u have very very positive attitude keep it up......try to bounce and prolong as long u can do....it help alot in stammering modification......patent
