Dear Ashish,
Toastmaster is an International club where we work on our communication and try to improve oratory skills. We are having a chapter in chandigarh . We meet every saturday at YWCA, sector 11, chandigarh. It's paid but if you wish you may attend as my guest to watch the proceedings of the meeting.
