Day 2 started pretty early with a walk in the morning. When we got back Sachin was waiting for us to start with pranayam and meditation. We were introduced to belly breathing and forced stuttering. I thought that forced stuttering is amazing...because it makes you feel that you are in complete control of your stuttring and can adopt to any style at your own will. Kishore joined us soon from Delhi for the rest of the workshop. After a quick breakfast we all met again to indentify evry individuals ICE-BERG. We wrote our visible and the invisible part of the Iceberg on to a paper and every PWS read it out to all. One thing that came out from the entire excersice that the actual stuttering which is considered as the bigest problem for every stutter is actualy the visible part and it is relativly very small when compared to the hidden feelings attached to it which generaly no speech therapy addresses to. In the post lunch session we watched a Documentary - " Courage to Speak". We were joined by another PWS in the evening from merut, who would be accompaning us for the rest of the days.
