Over the years we bottle in a lot of emotions, which prevent long lasting recovery from our speech issues. Writing down our stories and sharing it with other like minded people is a well-known approach to healing, where sufferer (not the therapist) is at the center. So, coming to the point, TISA requests (“commands”) you to write your stories or reflections and share them with us. You may chose to write it anonymously if you wish and email them to sachin@stammer.in and sachin@rediffmail.com by 7th October .
These write up help not only the author but even the reader. They come out of their alienation and isolation. Don't worry about the quality or writing style. Pay attention to the content. TISA will do the necessary editing and brushing up. Looking forward to your stories..

Yes, we must share our true stories with others. When we release our feelings, we begin the healing process. And self healing allows other healing as well.
