we decide to go to Shimla For Regional shg meet-Cum-get together on 2nd to 4th march
via Toy Train, this is narrow gauge train which starts from kalka, Enjoy the fascinating, full of scenic ride on this historical Kalka-Shimla line with 106 tunnels and single & double arch bridges.
we will enjoy whole journey...accommodation at shimla will be managed by dhurva kathuria..next day we will roam shimla and than come back via road on 04-03-2012
Approx expenditure beyond kalka is 2000-3000 Rs.
we are going on following train:
52455 Himalyan Queen Narrow Gauge and departured from Kalka on 12:10 afternoon and reached Shimla at 5:20 Pm
all participants from different states are coming directly to kalka on trains...then in group we carry forward rest journey to shimla....
after 21-02-2012 you are still able to join us in shimla directly. in that case you should make your own reservation/booking in above toy train and arrange accommodation in hotel/lounge in shimla....
