We had initially an introduction round and then we all discussed about the importance of meditation.
This topic of meditation has come out so good among us because we have Doctor Raghavender.
He explained what happens to human body and mind with meditation as habit.
He discussed about Sub conscious mind, Repetition of habits, Prolongation mechanism, learning new things, brain's plasticity and many more.
We discussed about public involvement in TISA meetings.
We are planning to control traffic on roads soon and educate people on traffic rules at some crucial traffic points and also give awareness of stammering to those.
We are getting non-PWS people to meetings, my wife (Sadhana) accompanies me always to the meetings.
Lakshmi shared his experience with VISA interviews he appared, in his first interview he stammered badly and for second time VISA interview he told about his stammering to the lady who was interviewing him and he felt very comfortable and then he didn't stammered at all.
Sivaji shared his Vipasana experience.Raghavender is going to join Vipasana this week.
Sandeep and Pavan have shared their job experiences.
My wife have got more interest on meditation with this awareness :)
We also came to know about anxiety control round which is mentioned in our tisa manual of eating a peanut before answering the question.
With TISA we get to know many people who make a very great positive impact in our life. The more we meet often the more we enjoy the delight and take away of socializing that people and with ease of stammering and great learning. We had a Great start for the weekdays.
