After a long gap pune witness such a good strength. It was really a amazing meeting. Everyone

Vishal Yewale was
the host so he was obligued to reach early. Around 10.30am everyone
was there.
We started with
toastmaster style of introduction theme was memories. Everyone gave
their

Explaining objectives of TISA to newbies. Vishal explained objectives
of TISA.
Later Abhinav explain about Bouncing technique. I explain prolongation. The newbies have some

The next activity
was pretty interesting it was Role Play/Simulation activities. In this
activity we
give some situation to participants they have to enact that situation.

Situations were like
- A communication between bank manager and a person who wants a loan.
- Travelling with out ticket in train and caught by Ticket checker.
- Interation between a Project Manager and a fresher in a tea shop.
- Bike hit by a car interaction between biker and Car Driver.
Next Energizer round
We had the Zip Zap Zop activity which we learn by Noura at
Facilitator
workshop Mumbai. It was real fun here.We also set one rule While speaking out Zip Zap and Zop a
circle should not be found otherwise the person would be out. Overall it was a fun activity.

Later we had a round
of voluntary stammering. In which we split in pairs and we asked
general
question.Shivakant(newbie) have some doubts about voluntary stammering. He asked some

Next activity was
extrempore Vishal has prepare a list of topics everyone has to spoke
on each topic.
Topics were like
- How technology changed our life?
- Love marriage or arrange marriage.
- Thoughts about life.
- Corruption good or bad.
- Story of my life.
Everyone was given a
time of 3 minutes maximum. Everyone spoke very effectively by
sticking to
topic provided.

Nishu had prepared a
speech so he was eager to give. He spoke about how he is managing
stammering in his life.

Last we sang a song
“Hum honge kaamyab ek din”.

I can see that you have picked up many ideas from the Mumbai workshop and have tried to implement them. This is what facilitation is all about: learning, adapting, sharing..
