Is registration needed to attend the meeting.
Unless if it is a workshop or National conference no prior registration is required usually in TISA weekend SHG meetups but it would be good thing to a person who organizes meetups to know expected members contacts prior to SHG meeting as he can communicate in person about any changes of meetup either location wise or time wise or date wise.
