of On-line Rail Booking system

Lalit is here; considering that he is an IT professional, I decided to use his knowledge to broaden the horizon of my students, who have been limited to just an off-line program like Coral and Pagemaker so far. This group of students knows well about my work with pws- and have been enthusiastic in learning about this communication issue and their potential role as a listener.

So, we started with intro (with bounce and eye contact), played "boom out" game and thereafter, Lalit presented how the online rail booking system works- concepts of client and server- online authentication- security etc. He did all this with a gentle bounce and was pleased when his presentation generated many questions and discussion.
Later in the afternoon session, he discussed and then demonstrated how to search for files in an intelligent and efficient fashion- many of my students keep losing the file they created just half an hour ago! This session was much appreciated by the students- like the morning one.
Later we had some in-depth one on one sessions, dealing with questions about mood, motivation, sudden sadness etc.
