Herbertpur, a very small town, is on Dehradun-Chandigarh highway (NH 72), 40 km from Dehradun, near Paonta Sahib (just 12 km away). If you are coming from north, you need not go to Dehradun, obviously. You can come via Paonta Sahib.

Once in Herbertpur, get to Lehman Hospital by a Rickshaw or three wheeler.
Sachin's home is just outside the Hospital gate. You will also see a sign on the wall on the left hand, just before Hospital gate: TISA Self help group. Outside the hospital gate, another landmark- there is a Punjab national Bank.
