10 Day Workshop - Day 9

We started our day as usual with a jog and a very comprehensive guided meditation by Raja Poladi for about an hour. Closing to the end of the workshop, we had a presentation by our Assistant trainer Mr. Jai Prakash Sunda, running through the topics covered in the entire course of the workshop. It was a good 4 hour session. We had a chance to refresh our techniques, trying out among ourselves and in the process clarifying any doubts we had about them. It was a test for JP also, for his skills as a facilitator for the future workshops to be conducted in other cities. We also shared our views and experiences of the workshop and how we plan to carry on the activities we had been doing here, once we return to our cities. Dr. Sachin was witness to all along and constantly reviewing our activities and developments. We had two guest visitors with whom we had tried some voluntary stuttering and in the process, got to educate them about stuttering and also got to know their views. In the afternoon we had a presentation from all the participants from there respective fields. It was a great learning in itself and was amazing to know so much of information is hidden behind those stranded lips. Suddenly after this workshop we started realizing that our world got expanded and we have friends from all walks of life.
