Delhi SHG meeting on 25 september

Delhi SHG meeting held on central park new delhi on 25 september as regular. This time we were all young pws and no senior present. But it was quite successful as we managed to practice all techniques. This time Mr. Lalit, Umesh Rawat, Parmendra bundela, Abhishek, Pinakin, Abhishek2 and a new member Sourav Aggrawal attended this. Mr. lalit share his experience with Vipasana meditation which he attended last week. We all others were quite unknown of this thing. He told us very sincerely and answered our all queries which we asked. Parmendra explained how to do bouncing in good manner and what it’s benefits to a pws. Umesh told his experience of “Acceptance” and it’s benefits. And what we will lost if we don’t work on acceptance. Abhishek gave us one bye one activities and alert us what we left or what we did wrong. Courage of this person is really great. He never seems to be defeated. Mr. Pinakin told us his life journey as a stammer and how stammering affects our all other surroundings.
After practicing all the techniques including voluntary stuttering, we discussed on organizing workshop in Delhi and many other aspects (like venue, fees etc) & activities with it. It was quite a pleasant meeting. We were happy that we successfully arranged and completed it in absence of our previous senior coordinators. We learned how to manage and handle a group. Thanks to all other members to become a part of big TISA family. We supported each other and we learn from each other. We miss Sikander, Gaurav, arun and nitin tomer.

Wonderful Umesh!! You really know how to describe an event, what a perfect post!!
I too agree with you about Abhishek. I would also like to add a few things about him. The more I know this person, the more his courage amazes me. Words like quit and defeat aren't there in his life. The way he face each hurdle with a sweet smile on his face really inspires me a lot.
Bravo my friend!!

I also enjoyed the meeting and learnt from all of you. Although, due to sunday we couldn't book the YMCA hall. Besides it it was all perfect. Keenly waiting for our next meet... Thank you.

Great! this is what self-help is all about. And yes- dont wait for "seniors" (me included!)- let them conduct their own meeting whenever they are ready- You young guys go ahead and do what you like, and what now you know is the best way forward for YOU.. So, why wait for anyone or anything?
Congratulations to each one of you!
